Month on from Gatwick

Gatwick a month later

A month has been and gone now since the “drones” over Gatwick airport incident and we are now no closer to knowing what happened. No arrests made and not much coming out now from the police makes you think, was there a drone there in the first place?
The government announced tougher drone laws and regulations but this was nothing new as these changes are either already in place or already in the pipeline.

Back at AAI HQ

Meanwhile back at Aspect Aerial Imagery HQ we have been working on our new look website with more content and a place to buy some of our photos in digital format. Building and maintaining a website is a time consuming process and not one I enjoy (I’d much rather be out flying), but it is vital for a drone business. Who knew SEO (search engine optimisation) was so much work. Anyway have a look and see what you think of our new look website and let us know what you think. http://www.aspectaerialimagery.com

As well as that we’ve been putting togeather quotes and a bit of mapping using DroneDeploy plus we have agreed to do a guest blog for the upcoming DroneBuddys website, which should be interesting.

Next month

In the next few weeks we will be adding to our photographic portfolio with expeditions planned to possibly the Scottish Highlands or the Lakes. As well we are planning to write a review of the DroneDeploy app for new drone users and our showreel should be ready very soon.
